Happy April!

Hello!

♡ Happy April!

What I've been up to recently:

I've had some fun videos come out. One on a giant flat brush, and one on caring for plants if you have chronic health challenges (yes! its possible, yes I like rewatching that video for a laugh; it's good to laugh at yourself sometimes.)

In case you missed it:

I made a series of watercolor travel supplies videos: one on the 3 types of kits, a couple on "what fits" in the palettes and bags, and one on packing up a doctor's appointment art kit. I put them in this playlist for you so you could find them easily.

I also fiddled with the way my website looks, as you do, and posted a favorites page I discovered I had made but not published yet. It has a lot of health resources, as well as my favorite art and filming stuff.

Thanks for being here, building up an email list gets me excited to continue to make more stuff and hopefully help more people, whether you have chronic health challenges or not.

Hope you're having an awesome day!

Megan :)

Hello! I've made some videos on migraines and watercolor recently, blogged How Watercolor Helps Me Cope with Migraines, and learned how to make good closed captions and subtitles on youtube. Someone on the I Traveled for 3 Weeks with These Watercolor Supplies video asked for Brazilian Portuguese subtitles. And I went down a rabbit hole figuring that out. Turns out I can now edit the closed captions again. And you'll never guess how I did that. Evernote Transcription. Like, it'll auto...

Hello! ♡ Happy May! It's probably my favorite month because I have a birthday in May. :D Here's what I've done on Youtube recently, in case you missed it: First off, I found my vermillion bijou! Remember in that What pans fit in what watercolor palette video, I couldn't find it to show you what fits...Well I found it! So I filmed what fits, and made my first ever Youtube short. It didn't seem like it would be good to make a whole video on just that, so the short format worked in this case. I...

February Sitting with a cup of tea this morning (11:53 am counts as morning!). I took a class in 2020 from Sue Bryce on CreativeLive online about how to run a photography business. I’m remembering her blogging strategy: Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. The idea was to do one each week; but I’ve decided to try that for a monthly newsletter. Something Old What I got up to this month. There were 4 videos this month! That’s about one a week. That’s great! Video: A...
